K1 Builders Ltd provides construction, renovation and specialist fit-out services. We do not sell products or services directly through this website.
Payments & Refunds
All payments, deposits and refunds are governed by the terms agreed in a written quotation, contract or service agreement provided before the start of any project.
Refunds, if applicable, are considered on a case-by-case basis and depend on the stage of the project, work completed and materials already purchased.
Cancellations
if a project is cancelled by the client after work has commenced or materials have been ordered, K1 Builders Ltd reserves the right to deduct reasonable costs incurred up to that point.
